Why is keeping skin moisturised essential to great tanning results?

Skin loses moisture through the epidermis and sweat glands. Cell renewal and the natural moisturising factor balances moisture loss. It's necessary for skin to maintain 10 -20% water to avoid dry skin conditions. Dry skin is rough, tight and may show signs of wrinkles. Rough skin appears dull and may also refract light. Moisturisers aim to improve the hydration of the skin and thus make the skin smoother and more elastic which will improve tanning results.

Does your product contain alcohol?

No

How long does the tan last?

The tan generally lasts 7-10days depending on the individual. If you look after your tan by regularly moisturising it will not only make the tan last longer but it will keep the tan looking more even during that period.

Where do you get your products from because I have heard that supply is really bad in New Zealand?

Xpoze is a New Zealand based company and our product is made in New Zealand. We do not have to supply problems that others have as we do not have to import our product.

Is your machine the airbrush machine or the turbine machine?

Our machine is a turbine machine. The benefit to the turbine machine is that it is extremely quick, taking only 3 minutes to spray a body giving a very even result. It is also light and compact.

Does your tan have a bronzer in it?

Yes it does. This helps the applier to be able to ensure even coverage. It also makes the customer happy as they leave you looking great immediately.

Do you have more than one colour?

Yes we have 3 different colours. A light, medium and a dark. The dark one is designed for body builders or those who want an extreme tan.

I am only interested in something that has a great colour

Xpoze has been given amazing feedback about its colour. It is a great brown which is extremely natural looking. The machine is designed the prevent streaks also.

What does it smell like?

It is completely odourless – there is no smell to it at all.

What makes your product better than others on the market?

Do you need much room because I don’t think I have enough room for a booth?

Our tan tents are specifically designed to use up little space. All you need is a corner of a room that is 1m2. Many places set it up in the corner of their existing beauty therapy rooms. Our tents can be easily taken up and down.

Does your product contain sunscreen?

No it is impractical to have a sunscreen in a tanning product as sunscreen needs to be reapplied several times a day. A tan lasts all week.
